In a large bowl, combine applesauce, maple syrup, vanilla, and almond butter
Add dry ingredients to wet and stir to combine
Add milk and stir to combine
Fold in apple chunks and pecan pieces
Divide evenly among 12 muffin cups and bake for 18-20 minutes, placing on cooling rack once cool enough to touch
