Easy Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Snack Cake

- 2 cups almond flour
- ⅓ cup arrowroot flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ¼ cup melted coconut oil
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips (plus more to top!)
Preheat oven to 350℉
In a medium bowl combine the almond flour, arrowroot, baking soda, and salt
In a large bowl combine the eggs, vanilla, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup
Add dry ingredients into wet and stir to combine
Stir in chocolate chips until evenly mixed
Pour into a parchment lined 8x8 inch square pan and top with additional chocolate chips
Bake for 17-22 minutes until the edges begin to turn golden
Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
