Method
- Preheat oven to 350℉
- In a medium bowl combine the almond flour, arrowroot, baking soda, and salt
- In a large bowl combine the eggs, vanilla, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup
- Add dry ingredients into wet and stir to combine
- Stir in chocolate chips until evenly mixed
- Pour into a parchment lined 8x8 inch square pan and top with additional chocolate chips
- Bake for 17-22 minutes until the edges begin to turn golden
- Let cool before slicing and enjoy!
